  • The Company acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and developer.
  • In case of cancellation of a booked unit through the Company, an administrative charge may apply for issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • Any transfer or third-party interest created in a property must be informed to the Company within 7 days.
  • Any credit note/incentive issued:
    • Is non-transferable
    • Will be processed only after receipt of brokerage from the developer
    • May be subject to TDS deductions as per applicable laws
    • Will not be payable to third parties under any circumstances
  • The Company is not liable for:
    • Project delays, cost escalation, layout changes, or policy changes
    • Developer commitments, approvals, or construction timelines
    • Loan rejections or delays from financial institutions
    • Any verbal commitments not made through authorized official communication
  • The Company does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made directly to the developer via cheque/DD/banking channels.

Website Usage

  • The Company may suspend or update the website without prior notice.
  • Users must verify all information independently before making decisions.
  • Any misuse of website content, data, or services may lead to termination of access.

Data Collection & Privacy

  • The Company may collect personal details such as:
